- Clients are responsible for maintaining proper backups unless enrolled in a Webadish maintenance plan.

Webadish shall not be held liable for:

Damages resulting from delays, errors, or technical issues.
Any security breach, hacking, or malware infection beyond our control.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the service in question.
9. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Projects may be canceled before work begins, subject to a cancellation fee.
- Once work has started, refunds are provided only at Webadish’s discretion.
- No refunds will be issued after project delivery or approval.
